FAQ’S
DO YOU CHARGE MILAGE?
There is no milage fee for parties located in Featherston/Carterton/Greytown or Masterton area (unless it’s a rural address then below applies).
For parties out of these areas to Wellington etc, milage is charged at $1 per km travelled from Greytown to the party location. At this point, milage is only charged one way.
WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?
We cover the Wairarapa region from Masterton down to Featherston.
We also cover the Wellington region up to & including Porirua/Titahi Bay.
At this point unfortunately we don’t cover the Kapiti region.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 24 hours before the party date. This deposit reserves your chosen date so that no-one else can book it.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBERS?
Each party package charge is for up to 6 guests (the same fee applies even if there are less than 6 attending) The maximum number is 10 which allows us to spend enough time with each guest to pamper them properly.
HOW MANY STAFF WILL BE THERE?
This will depend on the number of guests, normally there will be 2 hostesses if you have 8 or more.
CAN I CHOOSE ANY PARTY EVEN IF MY CHILD IS YOUNGER THAN RECOMMENDED AGE?
Yes you absolutely can, although the Glitter & Glam package is a great one for younger guests who may not find sitting still for long periods of time easy.
There are optional extras available so you can customise your party if you’d like to.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
The finer details are listed on the party packages page. We bring all equipment needed for the pamper, each guest receives a robe to wear during the party, pink lemonade or sparkling grape juice, small party bags and a small gift for the birthday girl.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Normally your party will last for at least 1 1/2 hours. The more guests at the party, the longer the time so can be up to 2 1/2 hours. Please advise if you have time restraints.
CAN THE GUESTS EAT DURING THE PARTY?
Yes, it is a great idea to have food that can be handed around whilst the guests are seated with the foot baths. They can come & go as they please but we prefer that the bigger food servings & cake are done once the pamper is complete due to time restraints. We are more than happy to do the pamper party clean up while you feed the hoard of hungry mouths!
